Can you provide alcohol for margaritas or frozen drinks?No, we do not provide alcohol. We supply the machine and the mix, but any alcohol must be provided by the renter.

Do I need to pay a deposit to secure my booking?Yes, a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required to secure your booking. You also have the option to pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.

Am I responsible for any preparation or cleaning?No, we take care of all delivery, setup, cleaning, and pickup. You can simply enjoy your event and leave the rest to us!

How far out in advance should I book?As early as possible, especially for weekends or holidays! But feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.

How long is the rental period for?The rental period is for a 12 hour period but accommodations can be made. So please let us know if you would like it longer than 12 hours.

How many servings does one bag of ice cream mix provide, and how many servings does a margarita/slushy hopper yield?One bag of soft serve ice cream mix yields approximately 50 servings. We recommend two bags of mix for every 50 people. Our margarita machine can produce up to 120 servings/drinks.

How many flavors can one machine serve?Our soft serve ice cream machines can serve 2 flavors plus the option to swirl the two flavors. Our margarita/Slushy Machines can serve up to 2 flavors of cold or slushy drinks.

How many guests can your machines accommodate?We have up to four machines available, allowing us to cater to any group size, from intimate birthday parties of 25 people to large events with up to 1000 guests.
