Do I need to pay a deposit to reserve a machine?
Yes, we require a 50% deposit to lock in your booking for events more than 90 days away. For events within 90 days, the full balance is due at booking.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is 12 hours, but we’re happy to accommodate longer rentals if needed. Just let us know your requirements!
When should I book to ensure availability?
Book as early as possible, especially for weekends or holidays! We'll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
Do I need to worry about preparation or cleaning?
No, we take care of delivery, setup, cleaning, and pickup. You just enjoy your event! Please inform us if there are any stairs for setup.
Do you supply alcohol for margaritas or frozen drinks?
No, we don't supply alcohol. We only provide the machine and the mix.
